To create a new Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), simply click the 'Create New BIP' button. This will take you to the BIP Creator. As you progress through the creation process, your BIP will be automatically saved, so you don't need to worry about manually saving your work.

Within the BIP Creator, you'll find a search bar on the left side. You can use this to search for ABA strategies in several ways:

- By strategy name (e.g., "A Better Way to Say 'No'," "Alter the Environment")
- By category ("Prevent," "Teach")
- By target behavior (aggression, off-task, etc.)

This search functionality allows you to quickly find and incorporate relevant ABA strategies into your Behavior Intervention Plan.

After finding the desired strategy through the search bar, you have two options:

  1. Click on the strategy to review its details and description within the BIP Creator.

  2. Drag and drop the strategy into one of the placeholders labeled "Teach," "Prevent," or "Respond," based on the strategy's purpose within your Behavior Intervention Plan.

This drag-and-drop functionality allows you to easily organize and incorporate the chosen strategies into the appropriate sections of your BIP.

Each strategy you include in your BIP comes with pre-populated fill-in-the-blank text fields. To customize these fields, simply zoom in on the specific strategy and click either the title or the fill-in-the-blank text itself. After editing the text to your desired content, press 'Enter,' and your changes will be automatically saved.

Additionally you can edit the title of your Behavior Intervention Plan. by simply clicking on it. Underneath there is a section where you can include a detailed description of 'When to Implement This BIP,' providing clear guidelines on the appropriate circumstances for applying the strategies outlined in the plan.

Once you have completed your Behavior Intervention Plan, you can choose to either 'Share' or 'Present' it. There's no need to manually save your work, as your BIP is automatically saved as you progress through the creation process.

The 'Share' option allows you to distribute your BIP electronically or as a PDF which you can print out, while 'Present' enables you to deliver it in a presentation format, ideal for review meetings or training sessions.
